Dr. Ben Carson Shares his Vision for the Future

Dr. Ben Carson is one of the most recognized and skilled surgeons in the entire world. While he failed at his attempt to earn the Republican’s Presidential nomination during the 2016 campaign, he has since taken the title of Secretary of Housing and Urban Development. This secretary position has allowed Dr. Carson to focus his time on improving the quality of housing throughout the United States and, as the well-educated man he is, he has an in-depth idea and vision for the future of the United States.

Recently, Dr. Ben Carson made an appearance on Fox News to talk about several key issues within the United States regarding the current housing situation. As Dr. Carson states, the current housing situation within the U.S. is not as favorable as some might believe. In fact, home ownership is at a 51 year low, and as home owners have a substantially higher overall value of wealth, this is a problem that needs to be corrected. Instead of money going back into the pockets of home owners, the majority of money is going into the pockets of a select few who have the money to purchase property and rent out to leasers.

The housing market has recovered since the burst of the housing bubble, with prices of new homes rising. However, the level of home ownership isn’t anywhere near the levels of pre-bubble. What is Dr. Carson’s plan to correct this? Check out the video to find out his vision in his own words.
