High School Students Forced to Sue District over Anthem Protests

Liberals have truly turned into anti-free speech Nazis these days. Picture two different groups of students at a high school in Minnesota. Students have gathered for a Veterans Day assembly to honor those who have paid the ultimate price for our freedoms.

One group of students, encouraged by the failing NFL “take a knee” protests, chose to sit down on the gym floor for the playing of the national anthem and Taps. The other group of students, a young conservative club, criticized the kneelers on social media.

Any guesses as to which group of students the school district chose to punish?

That’s right, the school shut the conservative student group down for speaking out against a group of students who chose to metaphorically spit on our flag and our veterans.

So, to keep everything sorted out, protesting veterans who fight and die for freedom of speech is an act of free speech… but criticizing the protesters is not covered by free speech? Got it. Thanks for clarifying your intellectual schizophrenia, liberals!

Fortunately, the conservative club at the school is not going to just lie down and let the snowflake school district trample on their First Amendment freedoms. They’ve got an attorney and looks like they have a slam dunk freedom of speech case against the school district, provided that the case is not heard by an Obama-appointed judge.

Check out the video below to watch the students’ reactions to being kicked off campus.
