Left Wing Media Calls Kim Jong Un’s Sister the ‘Ivanka Trump of North Korea’

It seems as if the liberal media has found a new darling. Keeping in trend with each of the liberal darlings being more horrific than the last, this particular person the media is now glamorizing comes from a family responsible for the worst human rights violations in modern history.

Undeterred by this minor detail, outlets such as The Washington Post have called Kim Jong-un’s sister, Kim Yo-jong, “The Ivanka Trump of North Korea” and said that her presence at the Olympics in South Korea has “captivated the South”.

Let’s get one thing straight: Kim Yo-jong is no Ivanka Trump. It’s unlikely given her complacency in the brutal North Korean regime that she’s even a decent human being, though you could make the argument that the woman is just as much a victim of her brother’s brutal ways as she is a partner.

So what is with the media’s infatuation with Kim Jong-un’s sister? It’s hard to say, as glamorizing any aspect of North Korea’s oppressive government defies logic. Perhaps comparing Kim Yo-jong to Ivanka Trump was nothing more than a backhanded jab at Ivanka.

Or maybe there really are those in the liberal media that believe the North Korean system of government would work nicely if it were in supposedly gentler hands such as Kim Yo-jong’s. Either way, the media’s decision to glorify any member of the North Korean regime is simply sickening.

Watch as this unbelievable action by the liberal media is torn to shreds.
