Liberal NYC Magazine Isn’t Happy Chick-fil-A Opened A Location in their Town

David Brody, CBN chief political correspondent and host of Face Nation, was recently asked on Fox and Friends for his take a recent New Yorker story that questions Chick-fil-A’s entrance into the Big Apple.

Brody takes Dan Piepenbring of the New Yorker to task for his article, Chick-fil-A’s Creepy Infiltration of New York City, in which he wrote:

“One of the Manhattan locations estimates that it sells a sandwich every six seconds, and the company has announced plans to open as many as a dozen more storefronts in the city. And yet the brand’s arrival here feels like an infiltration, in no small part because of its pervasive Christian traditionalism. Its headquarters, in Atlanta, are adorned with Bible verses and a statue of Jesus washing a disciple’s feet.”

According to the New Yorker, Chick-fil-A’s C\cows are mounting a “guerrilla insurgency” that is more of a carpet bombing than an ad campaign. For some reason, he sees residents of his city as being brainwashed into liking the restaurants chicken sandwiched and family friendly atmosphere.

Watch the video and learn how this long time New Yorker explains the disconnect between the New York elite and the rest of the country. Brody says he can explain why a reporter like Piepenbring feels genuinely threatened by a fast food establishment and an army of Cows that everyone seems to like.
