Many laws and bills signed by a president during their time in office go unnoticed. A handful do receive fanfare and publication in order to let the general public know of what he is doing with his power.

However, it is these under published bills and laws that should receive more attention as there are often bits of information included in these bills that have the greatest level of effect on the United States and its citizens.
