Vox Tries to Downplay Antifa and Their Violence

How much do you know about web organization and viral Internet video producer Vox?

Did you know Vox is part of Vox Media, a group of roughly 300 websites including Eater, Curbed, Racked and Recode — the latter of which sponsored a conference with Hillary Clinton as a keynote speaker?

The chairman of Vox Media, James Bankoff, was the founder of gossip vehicle TMZ, while the president, Marty Moe, was a former advisor to Clinton friend and ally Larry Summers, who served as Secretary of the Treasury in the Clinton administration and as Director of the National Economic Council under ex-President Obama.

Is it therefore safe to say that Vox is a totally progressive and Democratic-aligned media outlet? According to radio host and YouTube media commentator Steven Crowder, the answer to that question would be a giant, resounding “Yes!”

In this clip, Crowder points out that Vox’s weak excuses for the tactics of the shady, black-clad anarchist group Antifa are nothing more than a collection of patent lies, exaggerations and falsehoods. By dissecting a recent video Vox uploaded about Antifa, Crowder shows how the media group attempts to put an upbeat spin on a nasty penchant for violence Antifa exhibits.

Vox would love for viewers of its videos to downplay the role of Antifa in progressive rioting and crimes caused in cities such as Baltimore and Berkeley, California. But watch, as Crowder shows in this segment, it’s hard to put a positive spin on a group the Department of Homeland Security has recently termed a terrorist organization.
