Will Jeff Sessions Go After Hillary Clinton for her Emails?

Is it any wonder? The more we know about Hillary Clinton’s emails, the more it looks like her skating away from the scandal of her private email server last year was due to WHO she knew, rather than what she did or didn’t know.

That’s the conclusion observers like Fox’s Judge Andrew Napolitano increasingly are coming to due to new evidence that’s come to light from Tom Fitton of the watchdog group Judicial Watch.

As Napolitano explains, Fitton doggedly and relentlessly has pursued this case, even more so than the U.S. Congress has been able to. Now that Trump Attorney General Jeff Sessions is in office, in theory, it’s a whole new chapter in the Clinton saga.

But also, one should bear in mind that the determinations made by former FBI Director James Comey — who ended up being more of a friend to the Clintons than he’s been to President Trump — are not binding in that they were really just a matter of opinion. New documents and a willingness on the part of Sessions (and/or President Trump) to prosecute Clinton could reopen the case, for which the statute of limitations is far from over, as Napolitano confirms.

One should also bear in mind that Clinton may not be the only guilty party; her close aide and personal assistant Huma Abedin also has been found to have been sending and receiving classified emails and messages involving “pay-for-play” and special favors for Clinton Foundation donors. Could Abedin (who may be indictable under the federal Espionage Act) be convinced to turn on her former boss and provide evidence against her? Watch as Napolitano gives us the latest on this story that continues to sizzle.
