In a Historic 9-0 Decision, Supreme Court Shreds Democrats Lawsuit

How much do you really know about the Supreme Court? Sure, you’re familiar with their job and how they get it. It would take an impressive amount of effort to ignore the confirmation process that just happened. You probably also know about a few landmark cases that have helped define American justice. Sometimes those decisions are good, and other times they give evil people free reign to kill millions of babies.

Aside from that, how often do you review cases? Do you know if 5-4 or 9-0 decisions are more common? From the way liberals have been acting the past few months, you might be inclined to believe that Justice Kavanaugh is now the most powerful man in the world. They seem to think that the other 8 votes don’t matter and that he’ll just be an eternal tie breaker.

In reality, 9-0 is the most common ruling. Even as partisan as Justices like Ruth Bader Ginsburg can be, they are often faced with stupid cases. When that happens, they make a clear ruling so they don’t have to be bothered with it again.

Keep that in mind when you watch this video. If the Supreme Court rules 9-0, then somebody was being stupid. That’s the case in a gerrymandering argument they just heard. Take a look.
