Main Stream Media Continues to Ignore ‘Scandal of the Century’

The Dirty, Dirty Dossier.

As the investigation into Russian influence in the 2016 election continues to drag on, the importance of the so-called “Dirty Dossier” compiled by British intelligence agent Christopher Steele on the activities of Donald Trump and his campaign staff continues to grow. Never mind that the Dossier was discredited months ago by The New York Times and any number of other media outlets; the real issue is not what the Dossier says — it’s how it was used.

The Dossier was leveraged by the FBI during the administration of ex-President Obama to justify spying on Trump Tower and Trump’s campaign staff. Its contents were shared with Obama and high-level figures in his administration, which used it as a pretext for further poking around.

And who funded the Dossier in the first place? A law firm that was being paid (to the tune of millions) by the Hillary Clinton campaign, the Democratic National Committee and the Obama administration.

The organization that was directly paying for the dossier’s creation — research firm Fusion GPS — has a long history of partisan work on behalf of prominent Democrats. So, effectively, a spurious, partisan, fake set of allegations was used to commit acts against a Republican candidate for president that in any other circumstance would have been very, very illegal.

Why isn’t the mainstream media reporting on this?

Watch as Fox’s Trish Regan talks with former Secret Service and NYPD officer Dan Bongino about this scandalous issue that looks like it could be the beginning of a whole hornet’s nest of problems for the Democrats.
