Obama’s Advisors Really Want Trump to Stop Publicly Supporting the Iran Protests

You may not remember, but a similar outbreak of Iranian protesting happened a little less than 10 years ago on Obama’s watch. His policy was to pretend it wasn’t happening as a part of his “olive branch” strategy to tame Iranian extremism. That sure worked well. The totalitarian government used the protests to seize even greater power and then poured resources into almost a dozen new conflicts across the Middle East.

Why, then, do they want Trump to try the same tactic that obviously failed? Political rivalry is the only answer. The only way Trump could fail to do better than Obama did would be to follow his failed procedures by the letter. Even verbally acknowledging the existence of the protests is a major step forward, and it puts important international attention on Iran. This is not a regime that can afford anymore international animosity, and it is impacting the protests. The Iranian people are emboldened by international attention, and the overall likelihood of them netting real change is the best it’s been since the Muslim takeover decades ago.

Watch the video and see the cowardly (and unsolicited) advice that former Obama advisers are throwing at Trump. They would rather see Iranians continue to suffer under a corrupt regime than actually help good people find freedom. It tells you everything you need to know about the people behind the Obama Administration and the modern liberal movement.

See what Obama advisor Susan Rice has to say about Trump’s public support and why she is dead wrong in the video below.
