The information age has not been kind to Democrats. They’re pining away for the good old days in the 1990s, when Bill Clinton was in the White House and you could lie to the American people about childishly transparent, knowing that the mainstream media would never call them on it.
Now that we have the internet and most people have a cell phone that you can take a video with, the Democrats just can’t behave the way they used to, lying every single time they open their mouths. Someone will catch them and expose them.
Here we have Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY), feigning outrage that President Trump would meet with Vladimir Putin, our “number one adversary.” According to Schumer, no American leader has ever bowed to Vladimir Putin and basically acted like Putin’s lapdog, to the extent that Trump has. Oh, Chucky, Chucky, Chucky!
This reminds us of the time when all of the Senate Democrats on the Intelligence Committee pretended to be shocked — SHOCKED, we tell you! — that Jeff Sessions had met with the Russian ambassador several times in his capacity as a Senator. All of the Democrats had met with the Russian ambassador as well. Having pointless meetings with ambassadors is what Senators do all the time, but that didn’t stop every single Democrat from lying about their own meetings to try to smear Sessions.
