She had the biggest selling album of the year, her concerts were sold out practically everywhere that she performed and she didn’t alienate half of all Americans by espousing a political opinion in one way or another. So, on her birthday, Ms. Swift did something that used be associated with normal, everyday behavior before the American left fell out of the stupid tree and hit every branch on the way down. Namely, Ms. Swift said “thank you” to her fans for making 2017 such a great year.
