Supreme Court Turns Down Challenge to the Border Wall

The wall just got 10 feet higher.

Since President Trump first announced his colossal idea to build a colossal wall along the southern border, just about everyone has been excited about it. Liberals moan on and on about why they think the wall won’t work.

They say it’s racist. You might have noticed that even IF a wall could be racist, that would have no bearing on whether or not it would work. But we’ll leave that for now.

What’s all this about walls not working? Of course, it would work. Walls are extraordinarily reliable and elegant being so mechanically simple. There are literally no moving parts and nothing to wear out over the short term.

Throughout history, walls have done an extraordinary job of limiting travel via specific routes. The Great Wall of China has worked like the dickens to keep the Mongols out and it still works now- as a tourist attraction. The wall in Israel is doing a pretty fabulous job of limiting the ability of Islamic radicals to blow up Jews as their Bible instructs them to do. And the walls that are holding up every roof in America are currently doing a nearly flawless job of keeping bums and thugs out of our laundry rooms. So there’s that.

But there have also been legal challenges to the construction of the wall. Now, the Supreme Court has denied challengers to the wall their right to not seem ridiculous in the eyes of the law.

Here’s The Western Journal with more on this developing story.
