Trump Finds Legal Loophole to Bypass Congress on Wall and Pelosi is FURIOUS

The longest government shutdown in U.S. history pitted President Trump against Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer in a showdown over building a wall to secure the southern border.

The president stayed in Washington, D.C., and worked out reasonable solutions that would provide a path to reopening the government and allowing upwards of 800,000 people to get back to work and get paid. Democrats, on the other hand, took lavish vacations in Hawaii, Puerto Rico and booked overseas travel on the taxpayers’ dime. Although the shutdown is over for the next two weeks, border security negotiations are not going well.

In this breaking news video, reports are surfacing that congressional leaders have unearthed a federal law that could provide President Trump with a nuclear option Democrats did not count on. In the midst of hearings in the U.S. Congress, a military leader was asked point blank if American soldiers have the legal authority to erect barriers, including walls, to stop the flow of violent criminals and drugs.

As the debate rages on whether or not the president can bypass Congress and secure the U.S.-Mexico border unilaterally, the recently uncovered federal law may turn out to be a deciding factor. Pelosi and Schumer may not be able to pander to their radical open borders base much longer if President Trump decides to act.

Take a look at this startling revelation on this game-changing video, and you decide if it’s time to build that wall!
