If you want to see some unbelievable, real-life, God’s-honest bravery, watch this clip of an American soldier literally risking his life to save a young Iraqi child.
This is the reality of what American soldiers on the battlefields of Iraq, Syria and Afghanistan do every day when they fight to protect innocent lives and secure these foreign lands from Muslim extremists like those in ISIS. This American Special Forces veteran operative, David Eubank, didn’t have to put his life on the line to save someone he had no connection to at all; he could have let the girl’s father — who is seen standing by in this harrowing clip — do it instead. But Eubank goes above and beyond the call of duty with this selfless act that has to be seen to be believed. This is what American courage and valor look like when all the hype and artifice is peeled away.
Eubanks surely deserves a medal and commendations for his fearlessness. Let’s hope that American commanders (and possibly President Trump) see fit to award him what he more than deserves. This is true heroism that we can all be proud of. Watch this clip, as video segments rarely get more real than this.
