Will Trump Swap Pence for Haley?

Outgoing U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley helped turn the tables on international diplomacy by showing the world America leads from the front. The powerful North Carolina daughter of immigrants put Iran and enemy states on notice that the bowing and scraping Obama days were over.

After years of pandering to radicals and placating dictators, Haley pushed the Trump Administration agenda that the United States is again a force to be reckoned with. As she famously told countries that accepted U.S. taxpayer aid and voted against American interest, she was taking names. That alpha female attitude prompted Pres. Donald J. Trump to say to the world, Nikki Haley can have any job she wants in the administration.

In this Daily Wire exclusive, host Michael Knowles reacts to Vanity Fair’s claims that Haley could be in line to replace Vice Pres. Mike Pence on the 2020 ticket. Given, it’s difficult to lend organizations that spread tabloid gossip any credibility. But after taking a long look at the credentials and reputation of this hard-charging Republican, there could be more to the story than Vanity Fair is reporting.

Consider for a moment how the political optics of putting the first women in White House would play out in the next election. There are more than a few pros to replacing V.P. Pence. But is that the best move for Pres. Trump and the GOP?

Michael Knowles weighs in and has arguments worth listening to in this Daily Wire video.
