Anti-Trump FBI Lovebirds Still Have Top Secret Security Clearance

The lack of discipline handed out to the FBI officials who demonstrated clear bias and misconduct in their handling of the Trump-Russia investigation has been frustrating to say the least. In spite of the fact that Peter Strzok and Lisa Page were caught exchanging text messages clearly describing their attempts to use the investigation as a way to bring down a fairly elected President, both of them still have top secret clearance at the FBI.

Instead of facing any discipline for their misconduct, Page and Strzok were simply reassigned so that they were no longer involved with the Russian collusion investigation.

The level of bias, partisanship, and downright misconduct demonstrated by our intelligence community in their handling of President Trump and the investigation into his campaign is beyond unacceptable. The fact that none of the guilty parties are being held responsible is even more infuriating still.

President Trump has spoken of major problems within the FBI and DOJ, and though he has caught heat for criticizing these US intelligence agencies the problems he speaks of could not be any more obvious. Until something is done to clean the FBI and DOJ alike of officials who are willing to abuse their power to promote their own politics, there is little hope for these problems to improve.

Sen. Rand Paul—who is no President Trump supporter—goes off on the FBI and their poor handling of this situation. Check out his fiery words below.
