DNC Colluded with Ukrainian Gov’t During Election to Try to Sink Trump

It appears that Republicans aren’t the only party being accused of colluding with a specific nation in the East.

That’s the charge that even Democratic Congressman Adam Schiff of California acknowledges in this telling clip that gets into the details of Democratic connections to an operative in Ukraine, where former President Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort did political consulting work until 2016. In August of 2016, Manafort stepped down from the chairmanship role of the Trump campaign in favor of now-White House Chief Strategist Steve Bannon becoming Trump’s campaign CEO.

Of course, it shouldn’t be surprising that the Democrats sought out someone from Ukraine to dig up dirt on Manafort. Manafort worked off and on in that country from 2004 to 2015, helping its ex-President Viktor Yanukovych win an election over incumbent globalist Yulia Tymoshenko, who was later convicted and jailed for embezzlement in 2011. Because Yanukovych was aligned with Russia, Democrats hoped to say that there was a connection between Moscow and Trump, but Manafort worked for Ukraine, not Russia. And in any event, Manafort’s time in Ukraine was over before Trump’s campaign even began.

While Schiff attempts to make an argument that alleged Republican ties to Vladimir Putin’s government in the 2016 election isn’t comparable to any Democratic-Ukrainian connection, it’s very easy to find pictures on the web of Yulia Tymoshenko, the woman ex-president who was jailed, with Hillary Clinton. And while Tymoshenko may not have been in power at the time of this alleged collusion, her connections were likely still active and just as significant. Watch as Schiff attempts to misdirect viewers about the suspect Democratic ties.
