Former President George W. Speaks Out about His Mother’s Passing

There are plenty of differences between George W. Bush and Barack Obama. While Bush’s legacy has wilted since he left office, one thing has remained true. He is a man that has owned his responsibilities, and he has always faced tragedy and suffering with a measure of class that has consistently escaped 44. As the nation mourns the loss of a great leader, we are reminded of where Bush learned class and grace.

For many generations, each First Lady has tried to promote their cause to make the country better. Barbara Bush’s quest to combat the remaining pockets of illiteracy in our nation was wildly successful. She oversaw the end of basic illiteracy in the United States.

A truly lived life cannot be summarized by a single accomplishment or a few nice words. But, if anyone can come close in a few words, it is a loved one of the deceased. George W. Bush once again has displayed his sense of class by interviewing with the press so soon after the passing of his own mother. You can see that interview in this video and understand what could transpire to enable the former president to already be able to discuss his beloved mother with nothing but smiles. If you want a little more hope and faith in humanity, this is the video to watch.
