George Soros is Spending Millions to Buy Elections across the Country Right Now

Few threats posed to both conservatism and the criminal justice system in America are more significant than the money of George Soros. For years, Soros has used his billions in wealth to essentially buy elections across the country, in most every instance helping elect politicians who are far-left, pro-illegal immigration and weak on crime.

Soros has a particular interest in the latter qualification, working to undermine criminal justice in the United States by putting in place politicians and prosecutors who display an almost laissez-faire approach to crime.

While most mega-donors choose to focus on high-profile Congressional and Presidential elections, Soros has focused more on the elections of district attorneys, which by virtue of being a much smaller election are also much easier to sway with a few million dollars. In cities where Soros’ campaign to elect district attorneys who are soft on crime has been successful, criminal activity has skyrocketed.

Soros’ most recent target is the San Diego district attorney election, where Soros donated $1.5 million to the opponent of Summer Stephan in order to ensure that the tough-on-crime Stephan did not get elected. With the San Diego district attorney election still upcoming, we’ll have to wait and see whether or not Soros’ efforts will be successful yet again.

The views that Soros holds on criminal justice border on being anarchist, and his massive wealth allows him to make those views a reality in cities across the country. If left unchecked, Soros’ wealth could very well buy a dangerous new approach to criminal justice across the United States.
