Let’s compare the left and right for a minute. Obama was president for eight years. Anyone with any feelings of conservatism or basic common sense hated the Obama presidency. It was bad for all of us, and we knew it all along. And, everyone on the right complained loudly throughout the terms. We argued every point and fought the good fight. Obama still pushed his reckless policies through, and America suffered for it.
What people on the right didn’t do is resort to violence and crime to “fight” Obama. There were no anti-Obama riots. Monuments to his success weren’t vandalized. His name wasn’t dragged through the mud on every major publication in America. The battle was left in the political arena where it belongs.
Now Trump is President. The left complains at every statement, tweet and policy. That much is to be expected — maybe even tolerated. But, that is only the beginning. They riot in the streets. They physically attack Trump supporters and staffers in public. They vandalize anything with Trump’s name on it. They even sack and destroy businesses who are believed to have sided with Trump at some point on some issue. They are completely out of control.
