What Will be the Effect of Tariffs on Chinese Goods?

The unethical and illegal economic practices by China’s government-run businesses has been well documented. The Asian power manipulates currency, thumbs its nose and environmental concerns, deliberately undercuts American manufacturers and steal intellectual property.

The scheme has worked for decades and The United States has suffered a massive trade deficit. The deficit and unsavory Chinese scams have cost millions of Americans good paying jobs. To throw salt in the wound, China has had the audacity to level hefty tariffs on anything marked Made in the USA.

The days of unfair trade practices are over, and Pres. Donald J. Trump has thrown down the gauntlet as his tariffs on Chinese imports take effect.

In this Fox Business News clip you see Gordan Chang, author of “The Coming Collapse of China,” talks about the economic showdown between the United States and China as the president’s tariffs hit the Asian superpower.

In a stunning statement of fact, the China economic expert outlines a wide range of things that demonstrate that China is not in the driver’s seat in a trade war. As things stand right now, the Chinese economy is in a poor condition. Foreign investors are already pulling out and stock markets are slipping back.

At the end of the day, Chang says that China has been stealing hundreds of billions in American intellectual property and it’s time to fight back.

Take a few moments and check out this clip to find out why you should stand with the president and fight back against China!
